On 12 January 2023, Kimly Construction, together with several of our specialist suppliers, consultants and partners, signed a MOU with leading real-estate developer GuocoLand under the BCA Growth and Transformation Scheme (GTS) to explore collaborative efforts and develop capabilities to transform the value chain in the industry.
The MOU signing was presided by Minister for National Development Mr. Desmond Lee. The GTS is designed to support a collective effort with multiple partnering companies to strengthen the technical capabilities as well as corporate, digital and innovation practices to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes over a sustained period.
