At Kimly Construction, we believe in building more than just infrastructure—we build communities. Our Director, Mr. Roy Khoo, recently spoke on CNA about the growing hoarding issue in Singapore and how the New Environment Action Team is stepping up to provide coordinated support for affected households.
As one of 28 members from government agencies, social service agencies, community groups, and private organizations, the Singapore Contractors Association Limited (SCAL) plays a key role in these efforts which includes: coordinating manpower and materials to refresh homes, conducting training sessions for volunteers in basic painting and plumbing repairs.
Beyond addressing hoarding, this initiative is part of a broader Corporate Social Responsibility effort to uplift vulnerable individuals and create safer, healthier living environments. As Treasurer and Co-Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility at SCAL, Mr. Roy Khoo collaborates with community partners to drive meaningful change, ensuring that CSR is not just an initiative—it’s a responsibility.
Together, we are committed to making a difference.
